We provide house relocation, corporate/office relocation, vehicle (car and bike) transport, warehousing/storage, and related packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services within local, intercity, and interstate routes across India. Service availability, timelines, and pricing may vary by location and are confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Enquiries, Quotations and Booking

  • Prices shown on the website (including the price list and instant estimate tool) are indicative estimates only and may vary based on the actual volume of goods, distance, floor level, access conditions, packing materials required, and other factors assessed during a survey.
  • A final quotation is confirmed only after we review your requirements, and in some cases, after a pre-move survey (virtual or physical).
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon mutual agreement on price, service scope, and schedule, and may require an advance payment as communicated to you.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/delivery addresses, contact details, and an honest description of the goods to be moved, including any fragile, hazardous, prohibited, or high-value items.
  • You must ensure someone authorized is present at both pickup and delivery locations to hand over and receive the goods, and to verify the inventory.
  • We reserve the right to refuse transport of illegal, hazardous, perishable, or prohibited items.

4. Pricing and Payment

Final charges are based on the agreed quotation, actual volume/weight of goods, distance, and any additional services requested (such as extra packing materials, storage, or express delivery). Any additional charges arising from a change in scope, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or additional services requested on-site will be communicated and payable by the customer.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of booking based on distance and load size. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, road conditions, permits, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.

6. Insurance and Liability

Transit insurance options are available based on the type of goods and destination, as described at the time of booking. Unless a specific insurance cover has been purchased, our liability for loss or damage to goods during transit is limited as per the terms agreed at booking. Customers are encouraged to opt for appropriate insurance for high-value or fragile items.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms applicable to bookings made through our website or services are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our enquiry or estimate forms.
